I just finished Torrenting both series... planning on watching it after I finish translating the chapter.
I watched like 5mins of it, with the Kappa suit guy running in one episode and I thought it was retarded so I stopped.

The show is retarded but funny :3 Sometimes for certain series, you just have to throw your logic out of your brain while watching it, then it will turn from retarded to funny as hell XD.

It's fanart from a popular artist on pixiv called eriyama. It doesn't seem I'm allowed to post links, but their pixiv id is 136366.

It's been a while since I've watched Arakawa, but I remember really liking it. The humor was great, though I suppose suspension of disbelief is a big part of enjoying a lot of the jokes.
